Turtle Rock was drafted by Irvine planners shortly after the land grand and purchase was made to the University of California to create UCI. Since the begin, Turtle Rock has been admired by developers and planners. The layout of Turtle Rock with it's cental looping road with homes very carefully arranged as to be harmonious with nature was a break-through in it's time. Turtle rock was one of the five "villages" that orignally formed Irvine. |
